I'm messing with Power BI Embedded by following this tutorial, however, when I try to grant permissions to the tenant I don't see the Power BI API. I have logged in to the same account in the Portal that I used to register the app in Power BI. Am I missing something else to get it to show up?
Hi @chrono803,
Could you please mark the proper answer as a solution?

Thanks, Dale!
Unfortunately, I'm still not sure about how to move forward. I've just tried creating an admin user in the AAD tenant and was able to register a PBI Embedded app through there, but there is still no Power BI API that I can grant permissions to listed when I list the APIs through the portal.
Hi @chrono803,
1. Can this admin user log in Power BI Service?
2. Regarding the "multi-factor authentication", if your embedded scenario is App Owns Data, you need to turn off the MFA (multi-factor authentication) or use a new user who doesn't have MFA.

Dale
Hi @chrono803,
Did you search the list?

Hey, @v-jiascu-msft! Thanks for the reply!
I did search and nothing showed up. However, and I'm embarrassed to say, that I believe it wasn't showing due to me using a different login than the one I used to create the Power BI app registration.
Once I figured that out I do see a Power BI Service item listed and I have granted the non-admin permissions.
Unfortunately, testing the APIs out with a sample app is giving this error:
"Due to a configuration change made by your administrator, or because you moved to a new location, you must use multi-factor authentication"
Hi @chrono803,
I think you need to make some changes of your tenant. Please refer to
