TopN + Other

Hi,

In the first screenshot in the table below ,CountryRankAmended and TOP4 are the calculated columns with the below formula 

CountryRank amended = RANKX(ALLSELECTED(user_first_deposit[country]),CALCULATE(SUM(user_first_deposit[usd_amount])))
TOP4 = IF( [CountryRank amended] <= 4, MAX(user_first_deposit[country]), "other")
 
Now i want to group the other together and show in one line as in the second screenshot . Please assist
