Temporal filter on active projects during a period

Hello,

I'm working on setting up a dashboard to gain visibility on different projects. More precisely, I have an input file with different project information (project manager, priority, budget, ..) and a start date and an end date of the projects.

So I would like to make a temporal filter in which I indicate a start date and an end date and that would allow me to have the KPIs on active projects (on going) during this period (ie a start date lower than this period but ends during the period, project that starts during the period...)
