Share Dashboard or Report with Dynamics 365 v9 Online Users

Hi

I am attempting to Share a Dashboard with other Dynamics 365 Users.

I am a Power BI Pro User, but the other Users are not.

At the moment all they see is a blank, grey dashboard - no errors and no content.

Is there something that possibly needs to be updated in terms of Azure or Services to allow Non Pro Users to see the Dashboards embedded in Dynamics?  CDS Update?

This is massively frustrating as all the information I've seen seems to point to being able to do this, but I can't quite get from CRM to Power BI for other Users.  I can see the Dashboard myself and I've shared it with the other Users and created a Shared Workspace and an App Workspace and and and... but still to no avail.

Please help - has anyone managed to complete this?  Surely this is the way that Power BI is supposed to work? e.g. Pro Users create and share their content and others consume it.  I'd be very disappointed if all Users have to be Pro Users - which would make a nonsense of the licencing.

thanks in advance

So, after talking to MS Support it would seem that either 'everyone' who needs to access a report shared in CRM needs to be a Power BI Pro User or E5 or we need EM or P Capacity.  This is slightly disingenuous in terms of clarity of licencing and seriously why give an option to 'embed Power BI Visuals' in Dynamics 365 v9 when you can't show it to most of the Dynamics Users.

I was told that 'Export To Web with Security' will be coming in the next few months...  Just hope it's this side of Christmas!

1.5 years later.

Exact same issue.

The licensing guide says it should be possible, but it is not.
