Row-level security with Power BI Embedded

Hi Team,

I am implementing RLS for Power BI reports using the "Token-based Identity with Azure SQL Database" as specified in the below link :

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/developer/embedded/embedded-row-level-security#token-based...

The report renders fine with the correct data specific to the loggedin user in the PowerBI dashboard. Further I was trying to embed my report in WebApp. The report renders but without any data and lands up with the database connectivity issue.

Query :

The identity blob should be a valid access token to Azure SQL Server (with a resource URL of (https://database.windows.net/)

1. I have delegated my permissions in the App Registration.

2. I generated a token using AppId , App Secret , Tenant Id  with the resource URL as 'https://database.windows.net/' and passed the same to the Identity Blob

Is the above implementation right ? should I pass the user access token generated for the logged in user along with the above information?
