Report with Analyze in Excel not working

Hi Everyone,

I have a report made with Analyze in Excel option. The report has a pivot table with multiples levels to drilldown.

I have a list of users with RLS inplace within the dataset and with just READ permission like the first user in the image below.

With that configuration, they are not able to expand the pivot table. Only when I add the BUILD permission is that they are able to expand.

The issue is that I don't want them to have access to the fields in the dataset.

Note: I found a Macro that hides all the options in excel to show the field list. But then they still can access a blank Analyze in Excel file and have access to the field list.

Is there a workaround  for this?

Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks
