Report does not look like the raw data field....

My report looks like this...       Day 1

                                                                 Day 10

                                                                 Day 11

                                                                Day 2 

I want it to look like this........

                                                               Day 1

                                                              Day  2 

                                                              Day 3    ect ....

My raw data is Day 1

                                  Day 2 

How do I get the report colum to look like the my data colum

How did your records store? Did these stored in different fields or they are in the same field and use whitespace to define the hierarchy level? If this is a case, you can split by the delimiter and sort by different hierarchy fields on the query editor side.

you need to add a new column with the desired sort order (for example an index column).  Then in Power BI you can use the "sort by another column"  function.
