Register an Azure Application to access the Power BI Rest APIs

Hi all,

 

i want to set up the REST API. 

 

As i need to register an Azure Application, i went for 

 

https://app.powerbi.com/embedsetup

 

and selected the solution for organizational embedding.

 

I am confused about the part where it says:

 

Home Page URL

Enter your application’s homepage URL

 

What is meant by that? I saw several examples, but non made any sense somehow. What is to be put in there?

Hi @NovaBI ,

There is no special requirement for the home page url, you can fill in any page url. Or you can fill in the localhost url: https:// localhost:xx as in the video below. You can check the video below for more details.
