Print Power BI report which is embedded to a web site

hi,

How can I develop the ability for a user to print or screenshot a power bi report including all the visuals in the page? this is when the report is embedded to a web site page.

TIA

Hi,

Has there been any update on this as I am also receiving requests about the options for printing from embedded power BI reports?
I.e. print a tile, report page or whole report?

Thanks,

Hi, @dasunik

You can click “File”, “Print this page” to print report pages (One page at a time), like this:

@v-robertq-msft , thanks for the reply. I edited the post. I was referring to a report which is embedded in a web site page.

Hi, @dasunik

For end-users who open the embed report page, they can not directly print the report page through this web page. I recommend you to use the external snipping tools to make a screenshot, like this:

Or you can just press on "Shift+Windows+S" to make a quick screenshot.

What's more, you can only get a static picture through "print page" or screenshot. If you want to interact with reports, you should open it on the web page or desktop.
