Powerbi report refresh facility and embed powerbi header issue.

Hi Team,

We are currently using dataset apis to create dataset and for refreshing tables, we are clearing off the table and pushing new rows into it.

Is there any way possible by which we can use a powerbi rest api to create dataset with a sql query and a data source or without a datasource if possible. 

Any help would be really appreciated.

Also, is there any way to hide the top bar(which has file menu, view menu etc.) in embed powerbi or to disable certain icons?
