PowerBI ISV development and integration

Hi All,

I am new to PowerBI .We have developed Dashboards using PowerBI Desktop.Now we are in the process of Integrating those into our application (Apps owns data).We have downloaded Apps own data solution and replaced our Application Key ,PBI username and password.Through .net Code if we execute the solution the reports are rendering properly.We build the solution and deploy in our development machine and checking we are not getting token response.The status code is OK but in body we are not getting any value its [] response.

// Authenticate using created credentials

var authenticationContext = new AuthenticationContext(AuthorityUrl);  //

 var authenticationResult = await authenticationContext.AcquireTokenAsync(ResourceUrl, clientId, credentials); we have referring the whitelisting of URL from the link.We have handled our local proxy settings in our code.

Is the development server/machine need full internet enabled machine?.

Need help to overcome the above while integration.

Hi Siva,

I would suggest you debug it using a network packet capture tool. I used the Fiddler. You can choose one according to the policy.

How did you add the whitelist? The domain name with wildcard or the whole URLs?

Just refer to get a token, I captured the hosts that the getting token process could use. Please refer to the snapshot below.
