PowerBI Embedded - working with multiple account services

We have PowerBI Pro /Azure AD and Azure subscription on different accounts. What I understood from the documentation that we need to have all services under one account. Is there a workaround for this?

We want to publish reports to a website using PowerBI Embedded services.
