Power BI export data to a different program and NOT show it in Power BI anymore

Hello,

I have a specific question about Power BI. We have a company that uses Power BI via the webportal. They asked me if it is possible to export the data to a different application and NOT to show it in Power BI anymore. Is this possible? The reason why they asked me is because when they fire an employee, that employee still has access to the Power BI portal. The easiest solution is, change the password on the account, but that is not an option for them. Atleast, not yet.

I hope I don't ask anything vague here,  Thanks in advance.

Cheers,

Private Sub

Hi @Private_Sub,

To be honest, I'm afraid that isn't possible. How about removing the license and disabling self sign-up.
