Power BI Embedded Error Exporting to Excel

I have an Angular Web App that I am using to embed Power BI Reports into.  The App Owns the data, so my users do not need to be Power BI users.  When I view my report through PowerBI.com everything functions as expected.  When I view my report in my Web App, I am unable to export to Excel.  The Export to CSV works just fine, but I was wondering why not to Excel.  The error is very vague:

As I indicated, the export works just fine inside of PowerBI.com, any ideas where to even begin troubleshooting this?
