Please find the below steps we have taken for real time refresh integrating dashboards & tiles in APP
1) I have created SharePoint Provider hosting App Usning Visual Studio.
2) I have tacken dashborads and tiles id's from http://docs.powerbi.apiary.io/
3) I have created application in my Azure AD.
I tried to use the sample app code from github and successfully used it to embed a tile in the custom app from my dashboar. I am able to build and deploy the application but unable to get the out put. The error The Webpage cannot be found HTTP 404

Please suggest any alternative solution for real time refreshing of Power BI Reports and Dashboards.
