One measure per column and row

Hello,

 

I have a question about data modelling on Power BI.

I have 8 different measures (from M1 to M8).

I would like to have the following structure on Power BI, but couldn´t do it yet.

How to solve it, and how can I make sure that these measures are still dynamic (change with filters)?
