Am not able to import json file using PostImportWithFileInGroup api call. Is there any way to upload json file to power bi using power bi api ?

Try this way referring from this post: How to get data from REST API (JSON) in Power BI?
You need to use Power Query and Web.Contents connector.
Select: New Source - Blank Query and in the source window enter:
" = Json.Document(Web.Contents("https://amshowa.leading2lean.com/api/1.0/billofmaterials/?
auth=xxxxxxt&site=1&limit=2000&active=True"))" (your own API)
And you can refer to this post for more details about how to use a REST API as a data source.
