How to get Dataflow wait times (and more) using the Power BI REST API?

Hello!

I'm attempting to query the REST API for Dataflow refresh information. I have been using the below endpoint and while it brings back some information it doesn't bring back everything. Is there another endpoint that gives more information such as wait time, rows processed, processor time, etc.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/power-bi/dataflows/get-dataflow-transactions

This information is available from the Web service when looking at Dataflow refresh history, so surely there's a way to get this programatically?

Some of this data must be available to consume, as the data model from the "Power BI Premium Capacity Metrics" App has wait times. Unfortunately this App only shows recent refreshes (and not all required data), and it's impossible to trend over any large length of time, so we can't use it for our needs.

Thanks in advance 🙂

Hi @JZT ,

Refresh History for the dataflow by navigating to Dataflow > Settings > Refresh History. You can also select the dataflow in the Workspace > context menu (…) > Refresh History.

For more details you can refer this link.

As mentioned in my post, I already know how to get this from the Web service. I am specifically looking to get this programatically from the API.

Please read my post again to understand the actual issue.

Thanks.
