How to Create Control Chart in powerbi?

I want to create a control chart in powerbi which should plot standard deviation lines of (-1,1, -2,2 & -3,3) on the graph area, a reference line and my data points column. Requirements sample image is also uploaded plz refer it and tlet me know asap.Control Chart.png

A simple line chart will do everything you want except for the standard deviation lines. I'm not aware of anything in the Custom Visual Gallery that would get you closer. I would suggest you look at R Visualizations.
