Hi,
How dose Power BI embedded keep the navigate history?
Such as, when I navigate to other page of my web app, then come back to previouse Power BI embedded page, I can land to the exactly the same Power BI report. I think this is done through keeping the session cookies.
The following link is a good example.
https://github.com/Azure-Samples/powerbi-angular-client
But I couldn't get it work in my app. Is there any reference describe how this session state things work in details?
By the way, above sample is using TypeScript, my app is still using old AngularJS 1.5.8. If there is any example using AngularJs 1.5 will be very helpful?
Thanks
Aaron
Hi Thanosd,
Thanks again for your inputs. I'm new to the Power BI.
I think the information in the following link is more close to what I need, but couldn't get it work by just looking at it: https://github.com/Microsoft/PowerBI-JavaScript/wiki/Page-Navigation
In the example you provided https://microsoft.github.io/PowerBI-JavaScript/demo/pagenavigation.html, this one does not have this navigatie history feature.
What I need is as following:
1. Go to this link: https://microsoft.github.io/PowerBI-JavaScript/demo/pagenavigation.html
2. Click Scenario 4: Custom Filter Pane, by default I land at Power BI Overview page. Then click "District Monthly Sales" page
3. Click another Scenario, such as Scenario 6,
4. Coming back to Scenario 4, I land at default "Overview" page. But I would like to land at "District Monthly Sales" page which was selected at step-2 above.
