How do you change the data label number format in Power BI Charts?

I have a bar chart that I am trying to do something I think would be straight forward. I would like the data labels to display as a percentage. Below is a picture of the bar chart as well as a picture of the query with the column formatted as %.

What am I missing?

Thanks for any help.

Rick

In your model, not Power Query, find the column in question and select it. Choose Modeling tab from the ribbon and click the % button in the Format area.
