How do I clear filters but show them in the filter pane via REST API?

I have a report in Power BI Embedded where I want to let users clear all of the report's filter selections but still show the filter fields in the Filters pane. In the PBI Playground, I only see APIs for adding filters, but nothing for clearing the filter selections.

Anyone have a suggestion?
