I have a Sharepoint Workspace that I created, my account has the PowerBI Pro licence. So I know that I need this licence to use the option "Embed in Sharepoint Online", Why am I using this option over "Publish to Web"? Because I need the "Export data" option on the top right of the table. If I use the "Publish to Web" those option does not appear.
So I have the following questions reggarding the access to the Reporte Embeded on Sharepoint.
- A user wants to see the report on Sharepoint, he has full access to sharepoint but he can not see the PowerBI Report, so I added the user to the members of the workspace on PowerBI. Is this all I need to do? Because he stilll can not see the report on Sharepoint. He can see it if I give the link to powerbi web, but not on sharepoint.
- The user also needs to have the PowerBI Pro licence? in order to see the report. Or he just needs the free one.
- When I add permissions to the workspace on PowerBI, is also takes like half hour to refresh it on Sharepoint? Like the data Beheaves (Because when we change the dashboard, it reflecs on sharepoint in half hour aprox).
