Google Sheet restricted sharing permissions fails to connect in Power BI

I get a 400 bad request when I connect to Google sheets which has restricted sharing permissions to my orgnisation only.

 

I use Power BI with the same email account but it fails to connect. If I change the shared permissions to "anyone with the link" it works.

 

Is there a way to maintain the restricted access for the sheet and connect in Power BI?
