Forum questions being removed???

Hi All,

I had an open question in the forum regarding Custom Visuals.

This was created yesterday - and is now missing.

Is there any moderator who can explain what is going on please. If the question was badly formatted or posted in the wrong place, I would prefer to be informed of my mistake and NOT simply have my questions removed.

Thanks in advance,

Matt

Recently there're many spam threads in forum, so yours may be identified as spam by mistake. Can you tell what is the thread title so that we can find and restore it from backend. Alternatively, you can post your question in a new thread.

@Eric_Zhang I've also had this problem. I've only been a member for about two weeks now, and several of my posts have been removed. Admittedly, two of these were duplicates because I wasn't sure where their proper space was, but they were all good ideas that warrant solutions. How can I get them back?

And no, sorry, I did not make a record of my posts because I didn't expect them to be taken down. Surely you can look at posts by user and restore them that way?

Hi Eirc,

Thanks for the reply.

Someone had posted a response to my missing question over the weekend.

Strangely enough, this still didn't show in my 'Latests Posts' list under my profile.

If i view the post about - my profile page changes to show just that 1 post (then this question is not visible). Viewing this question again reverts it back to the other question not being visible.

It could be a bug in the 'My Proile' part of the site, although when I first 'lost' my post above - I couldn't find it by doing a search within the site either.

All very strange,

Cheers,

Matt
