Filter card visual by other column

Hi all,

I have a table with a structure like this:

OrderIdDateCompleted
123401-25-2021Y
123501-25-2021N
123301-14-2021Y
123201-07-2020N

i want to make 3 card visuals that would show me the following:

50%

Orders completed for most recent week

100%

Orders completed last week

0%

Orders completed 2 weeks ago

I'm new to Power BI, and I've already managed to create my cards, with the correct percent values for each day.

But how would you guys go about "grouping" them by week and having them update automatically when more orders are created (e.g.: next week, orders 1234 and 1235 should appear in the "Orders completed last week card) ?
