Extract filter selected values from Power Bi report.

Power BI Newbie here - We have five filters in a Power BI report which is currently embedded in a web application. The question that arose was that if we can get the values selected by the user in the report and pass it to another web page in the application. 
Is this possible via Power bi rest API?
