Export to PDF file API returns blank file

Hi all, 

I'm trying to use Export Report to File in Group API and I'm struggling to download file.

I managed to have the file ready to download, starting by "% PDF-1.4 ..."

But I don't manage to download it or display it in an other window. Now the PDF is opened in an other window full blank.

Anybody could help please?

I'd like to suggest you take a look at the official sample(C# version) and limitations if it helps for your scenario:
