Embedding iFrames - blockquote's .JS file appears to be getting blocked when published

Hi experts

I am embedding HTML using this  (appreciate it is a thirdparty plugin from marketplace but i believe this is about how PBI handles Javascript) I am referenceing social media posts and have found that when I reference an iframe and publish to PBI web it works perfectly.

<iframe src="https://www.instagram.com/p/Bnq7OsjnOWa/embed" width="400" height="600" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" allowtransparency="true"></iframe>

However, when I use the blockquote approach as required by some other social channels (as below) and publish to PBI web - it looks like the .JS file is getting blocked. Is there a way I can get around this? I have read that PBI has a Javascript API* - could this be a way to make it work?

Thanks!
