Embedding Power BI into internal business application

If I want to embed embed Power BI into an internal business application, it is my understanding that I would just need a Power BI Pro license and not Power BI Embedded. So then what is the difference between the embedding capabilities in Power BI Pro and Power BI Embedded?

@Anonymous

There're some difference like

  1. They both support embeding reports, but Power BI Embedded doesn't support embedding tiles and dashboards.
  2. Authentication. Power BI embedded doesn't require an orginizational account authentication while viewing the embedded reports. For the embedded reports from Power BI services, everyone trying to access the reports must have a license

There're some other difference, however for your case, I don't think Power BI Embedded is the choice, as the online documentation show

Can Power BI Embedded be used to create internal applications?

No, Power BI Embedded is only intended for use by external users and should not be used within internal business applications. In order to embed Power BI content for use in internal business applications, you should use the Power BI service, and all users consuming that content must have a valid Power BI Free or Power BI Pro user subscription license. More information on how to integrate internal applications with the Power BI service is available at https://dev.powerbi.com.
