Embed Power BI on Teams

Good morning,

my organizazion is going to share Power BI contents using the new Team's embedding option.

We are testing this solution and everything is going ok.

We have read the documentation and Microsoft says that, to embed a content, it is required Power BI Premium.

Is this true? If so, why are we able to embed? Are we using the free tokens of our users?
