One of the restrictions of the Embed Power BI content with service principal and an application secret listed in the following page is "Embed for your organization applications can't use service principal."

So it leaves me asking
If we have deeveloped a solution utilsiing the "User Owns Data" model https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/developer/embedded/embed-sample-for-your-organization
and the user has MFA configired for the Azure accounts - how can we get the API working with MFA.
I read the alternativce to MFA for applications is Application secrets or App Only tokens.
But if they dont apply to user owns data and the user has MFA what can we do in the API to service that user ?
