Dynamic Row Level Security with CUSTOMDATA in Azure Analysis Services Tabular

Hello everyone,

I need some help getting dynamic row level security to work in AAS Tabular using CUSTOMDATA being passed in from a Power BI embedded portal. The Power BI reports have live connection to the AAS Tabular.

A snippet of the CUSTOMDATA is as below and I need to filter table-A by country and region.

<Roles>RLS_String</Roles>
<EffectiveUserName>serviceaccount@email.com</EffectiveUserName>
<CustomData>CompanyA_#joe.blog@email.com_#SA_#AED_#SQM_#Country_#US,UK,Australia_#Region_#RegionA,RegionB</CustomData>

Table-A

PKCountryRegion
1USRegionA
2USRegionB
3USRegionC
4UKRegionA
5UKRegionB
6UKRegionC
7UKRegionD
8AustraliaRegionA
9AustraliaRegionF

How can I grab all the countries and regions from the CUSTOMDATA code then filter my table with those values?

Thank you in advanced.
