It's been long now i am working with power bi desktop and services.
Just wondering that , MS is rolling all the content packs withinn Power BI desktop , Which are predifned.
What if i want to integrate my organisation's custom content pack with the Poer BI desktop ?
Or is it just i can make and share content pack to be used within my group and organiation ?
Please share views on this

In Power BI, the organization content pack is a concept in Power BI Service instead of Power BI Desktop. If a user has Power BI Pro account, the user can create a content pack to package prefer datasets, reports and dashboards on service, then share this content pack to a group or whole entire organization.
In addition, we can create a report in Power BI Desktop then publish .PBIX file to Power BI Service, and create a content pack includes this dataset and report to share it with others. But we are not able to create, open, view content packs in Power BI Desktop currently. For more information, please refer to links below:
