Custom Visualization in Power BI

I just learned from the link below that we can use plotly widget from R in Power BI, which I found very inspiring:

https://github.com/Microsoft/PowerBI-visuals/blob/master/RVisualTutorial/CreateRHTML.md

However, when I tried to use recharts in R, it failed, giving me the error details as below. Any one knows how to fix this? Thank you in advance.
