Custom API for Dataset Refresh 404 Error

Hi,

I followed this process to the T and when I try to call my API from a Reocurring Flow, I get the follow ing error in the 1st picture below. But when I test the API from the from Test operation, it works great, see 2nd picture. Can anyone tell me why this might happen?
