Continuous plotting

We have a scenario as below:

and the line plot is as below:

What we would like to have is there should not be gaps in between red and green...meaning it has to be green till it encounters red and vice versa. Is this achievable ? Please advice.

I'm thinking merge your table with a date table in Power Query and then use Fill Down on the result column to fill in the missing data. Then you could use Categorical and get a solid line with no gaps?

Have you tried changing the X-Axis from Categorical to Continuous?

Yes, tried to change from categorical to continuous. However results are not as expected, see below:

If the value is good then green should be displayed but red is continuing.
