Calculate Mean, LCL and UCL dynamic using DAX

All,

As there is no SixSigma control chart option available in Power BI, I am trying to do it manually by bringing Mean, LCL and UCL as separate metrics in a Line chart. But I am facing problem in dynamic recalculating part of Mean. Below are the rules I am trying to implement in the dataset.

  1. Initially, calculate Mean & STD Dev based on 1st 15 data points
  2. Every time, there is 7 consecutive data points above or below mean, recalculate Mean & Std Dev based on last 7 data points. UCL and LCL will also automatically change based on Mean & St Dev

This is the Mean LCL UCL change sample data link

Please check and let me know if anybody can shed some light on dynamic mean recalculation part.
