Barchart and Publish to Web Option Requirements

Hello,

Here I m attaching the pics which are related to the requirement issues based on Barchart, Publish to Web option.

Barchart: How can I get the OTHERS bar should be at the end of the chart for any conditions like either you sort or not and value of it should be high or low (requirement)

Publish to web: How can I use complete space of it rather than having some spaces in the right and left side of the Publish to web code (Requirement).

Help me on this and let me know your views on it.
