Add Subtraction in Row of Matrix

Hello i do require this type of Matrix where i am able to add the table by subject but not able to do subtraction in the Matrix.

I created the Measure but measure can not be added in Matrix's Column field.

Please suggest a solution for these type to Matrix where i can do substraction also.
