Access hierachy of drilldowns in custom visuals

Is there any way to get the hierachic structure of a drilldown in a custom visual?

I am trying to build a custom visual, where the user can select a specific drilldown level.

Is is possible to access the data structure of the drilldown dimension via the Power BI API? I only have access the actual selected drilldown level.
