We have a few million records based on Sydney Australia Longitude and Latitude in a SQL database. Using DIrect Query we got no results at all. We then switchted to Import. With that we got values shown on the map but for some of these coordinates longitude and latitude are not available in the transactions. This without any change resulted that we got the empty values showing somewhere in Africa. We then replaced the empty coordinates with a standard location in Sydney in the query. After that though the map still doesn't zoom in properly. Anyone know:
1. if this is related to volume: PBI not able to handle that much data on the map using direct query?
2. Why PBI the map visual is not zooming in? Is the replace function in the query not properly taken in to account for zooming or also a volume problem?
