zendesk : apply filters to dataset

Using the zendesk content pack, if I apply filters in a query on the tickets table, it takes forever to loead. The message shows:

<no of rows> loading 

Waiting for comapny.zendesk.com

 

I have waited to upto 30 minutes but it still fails to load.

Whereas if i just keep the top 2000 rows for test purposes, it loads really fast.  Anybody with simialr problems?

Hi @svarghese,

 

It seems that there are too much data to load from your Zendesk to Power BI? 

 

When applying filters on the queries, Power BI will only load the selected rows into the data mode, so the load is faster than loading the entire query into Power BI data mode. And it is recommended to load only necessary rows by applying filter when importing data. Smiley Happy
