y-axis vary for different sldiers

I have a bar chart with custom lines and multiple sliders.

Everything works fine except for some sliders, some lines are off the y-axis. 

Here are some examples:

The correct graph:

Incorrect:

This only happens for some sliders, the rest are correct

In the Format section of the Visualizations pane, expand the Y axis card, set Start and End for both Column and Line.
