You can change the orientation, reduce the font size, etc...
Plus note that you'll get extra options in the Data Labels formatting options depending on what kind of X-Axis you have.

Sometimes no matter what you do though when you plot too many values (for the size of the chart) this will happen regardless!
(For example you can't expect to fit data for 10 years on the monthly level and expect to see all Labels)
So you may also have to somehow reduce (with a slicer or drill down etc...) the number of columns you show at one time if the above link does not help you resolve the issue!
