How to tell whether the events happened on the same day or not? I would like to return column isSame.

Name	Date	isSame
Ann	1/1/2018	FALSE
Ann	1/2/2018	FALSE
Mary	1/2/2018	TRUE
Mary	1/2/2018	TRUE

IsSame = IF('Table-Test'[Date]=CALCULATE(AVERAGE('Table-Test'[Date]),ALLEXCEPT('Table-Test','Table-Test'[Name])),true)
