when hoverover to get the legand full description of the title

hi

i have the legand in the report with the shortcut names of the data so that my report is space is not eaten much .But the business is asking if i can hover over te legnd can i show the full description of the legand for the users so that they are happy in terms of  understanding the data . Is that possibe to show the description of the legand ?

like in below example if i hoover on st it shown as "strange tax" . is this possible to acheive in any way ?

You could use report tooltip pages in Power BI Desktop.

I make a test as below

add full description column in a card visual

Turn on report page tooltip 

hover over the bar
