If you need to add a column where your week number within the year starts from Thursday then
=WEEKNUM([Date],14)

ok does it have anything to do with ISO calender , because whether ISO i.e 21 returns the week of the month greater than 5. since ISO has 5 weeks in a month.
i have used 21 as the return value for ISO but I still get week number 6 for certain entries 30 and 31 aug
