we are not connect to data model

somwthing went wrong. we are not connect to data model... on power bi desktop startup error.. in widows 7 64 bit version. i am used lastest version of power bi  desktop

You may install the 64 bit instead of 32 bit latest version of Power BI Desktop 2.82.5858.641 , for reference:

If you still have this issue for Power BI, you'd better create a support ticket in Power BI Support , Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET", or go to Issue forum  to get further help.

@sivasakthi , Check VPN, and credential details as per need. Are you able to connect to that DB from the machine having desktop
