want to dynamically change color of a range of area chart based on the value user enters while run

Hi I have an area chart which has a bell curve . firstly I want to diplay 2 target lines which need to be verticaly placed in the graph also i want these lines to change their position based on the value inputted by the user for those 2 target lines.for example i have 10,20,30,40,50 values on my x axis and by defauly the 2 target lines are at x=20 and x=30 positions.I also have a slicer where in i need the user to enter values for my targets. If her enters 30 and 40 I want my targetlines to shift to x=30 and x=40. So i want to diplay the data which falls in between the 2 targetlines also which falls outside.

Well, you are probably looking at a custom visual in the gallery or an r visual.
